Service Description

A time to relax your mind and thank the body for walking us through this life. Yoga is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness, stretching, and listening/becoming attuned with the body.​ These motions are used to help increase flexibility, balance, breathing control, find correct form/posture, and developing a better understanding of one’s body, while building functional strength and quality range of motion.
