Paola Ambrose is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with 5+ years of professional experience in the wellness and fitness industry. Paola specializes in nutritional guidance, personal training, and group training. She is known to devise not only nutritious and well-rounded meal plans, but delicious and satisfying that compliment's one's own lifestyle. In combination with counseling on adequate intake, she can create workouts to really shoot you forward to achieve your goals.
