Service Description

A workout will be provided for you to complete on your own. Weight training workout AND cardio/conditioning options will be available Monday through Friday. The workout will use of various machines and weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.) for the strength training portion. The cardio-centered workout will use conditioning motions (jump rope, body weight exercises, etc.) and/or machines to train muscles, like the heart, providing stronger muscles overall and a more efficient, healthy body.
