Service Description
Dynamic, full body exercises utilizing strength and interval training within timed stations in a creative team building fashion. This class makes use of kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. to contract the muscles and increase strength, endurance, and/or mass. Plus, it ends with a full body stretch as a cool down.
