WOD = Workout of the Day A workout will be provided for you to complete on your own within 60 minutes. Conditioning uses of various cardio-centered motions and/or machines.Uses various cardio-centered motions to train muscles, like the heart, to provide stronger muscles overall and a more efficient, healthy body.
