Service Description

WEIGHTS: Focuses on strength training of 1 to 2 different muscle groups that work functionally with each other per week and utilizes machines and free weights for sculpting. Ex. Chest and Triceps. MOBILITY: Learning body mechanics and how to move about freely and easily. Education on why we have restrictions and how to clear the body of those restrictions.
