Service Description
๐ 2nd annual Functional Friendsgiving Turkey Trot on Sunday, November 26th at 9 AM. Workout will be held outdoors (weather permitting); indoors at O2 Fitness and Nutrition, LLC in Alsip if needed. Workout will consist ofโฆ ๐ Body weight motions ๐ Weighted motions ๐ Running ๐ Functional motions, like t-rotations or stretches $40 to join, which includes a long sleeve tshirt ALL welcomed.
